HAND-MADE PLATES! BOWLS! MUGS! PLATTERS! ETC! We're retiring some jelly jars and chipped plates from college to make room for 12 gorgeous place settings and serving dishes from dear friend and artist, Kathy Triplett. We're saving for Willoree's school fund; saving for another baby (I'm not pregnant); we are still working on our house (Ben's built or re-built almost every entire surface -- not yet done but I love it more every month); we're both thinking about going to back to school within a few years; we plant and grow our gardens; etc. etc. so indeed, the gift of money is always a good bet if you're so inclined...or Home Depot gift cards, Ben adds.
